SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed same day or next business day. (Monday - Thursday). We do not ship product on a Friday or over the weekend as we want the product to spend the least amount of time in parcel warehouses. It's a Breese Foods use Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

 

The cost will appear at checkout, and once your product has been dispatched we will email you with the tracking number so that you can keep an eye on it's progress. 

Return & Exchange Policy

It’s a Breese Foods is dedicated to customer service and producing quality, food safe product.  Should you not be entirely satisfied with the product you’ve received from us, we’d like to hear about it as soon as possible.  We want to find out more and work together to find the solution to restore your satisfaction.

In order to make the process efficient and effective we ask for the following:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.  Please describe your dissatisfaction.

  • Please share the product description, pack size & expiry date on the packaging so that we can trace the product and investigate the incident and any other related product.

  • Please be sure to keep all packaging as we may require inspection of the original packaging.  

  • Please keep the product in a sealed container/bag in your fridge so that if required, we can collect the product and send the sample for micro testing.
